Load Provider Information
A 'Load Provider' can register for FREE and there is NO CHARGE for posting temperature-controlled freight loads on the website load board. Once you have registered, you can post a freight load by simply logging in to the website at www.coolload.com and clicking on 'Create New Load'. Then simply follow the on-screen instructions and let the Coolload system do the rest! Within just a few minutes, details of your freight load and your contact information are automatically sent via email to hundreds of refrigerated hauliers throughout the UK and Europe. Simply sit back and wait for them to contact you.

Please note that if you register only as a load provider, you will not have access to the load board or be able to receive load alerts by email. If you wish to gain additional access to these services you will need to register as a transporter instead (see below).

Transporter Information
Registering as a 'transporter' allows you both to post freight loads and to receive 'load alerts' about newly-available freight loads by email. When you register for your free trial, you will be asked to enter your contact details, but you will NOT be asked for financial information. You will also be invited to adapt the Coolload service so that it best meets your particular needs. For instance, you can opt to recieve 'load alerts' to your email address which notify you of newly-available frieght loads. Moreover, by selecting the countries and regions in which your company normally operates, you can ensure you always recieve information that is both up-to-date and relevant to your company's requirements.

FEES
Coolload offers transporters two levels of service:
BASIC - £30 per month. This level of service allows you to view the Coolload website load board which details all available temperature-controlled freight loads including pick up and delivery times and locations, load size and the contact details of the load provider.
STANDARD - £45 per month if you pay by standing order or £30 per month plus 5p per email up to a maximum charge of £45 for credit/debit card customers. This option allows you to view the Coolload load board as above, plus you will also receive load alerts by email for your selected regions.
NB Credit/Debit card customers can keep your costs lower than the maximum charge by limiting your load alerts to the countries/regions where you operate (in the 'My Profile' section of the website).
